Tonight we turn back the clocks.  While I enjoy finding what feels like an extra hour in the day, many people struggle with it. Jenn Salvedge gives some ways to help kids with the time change on the Mother Nature Network.  Here are her suggestions:

1. Extend bedtime a little later each night.

2. Expect grumpy toddlers for as long as 3 weeks.

3. Reduce other variables to focus on sleep.

4. Get room-darkening shades or curtains.

5. Consistency is key.

6. Watch the TV watching.
